Far Eastern Generating Co opens 10 bln rbl credit line with VTB Bk
MOSCOW, Aug 18 (PRIME) -- Far Eastern Generating Company, a subsidiary of Russian hydropower giant RusHydro, has opened a 10 billion rubble revolving 10-year credit line with the country’s second largest bank VTB under a guarantee of RusHydro, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the hydropower giant on Wednesday.
The maximum interest rate of the loans issued under the credit line is the central bank’s key rate plus 1.73 percentage points annually.
A RusHydro representative told PRIME that the company will use the money to finance its current operations and investment activity.
